We had a lovely day last Sunday at Clevedon Village Farmers’ Market. The village had got bigger and bustling over the years. It is one of my favourite markets in a rural setting, a true farmer’s market away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We bought some quail eggs and had them for entree today.
Here are the steps to a quick and easy entree.
QUAIL EGGS WITH AVOCADO & CHEESE
First, boil the quail eggs and remove shells.
Slice one avocado and some cheese 🧀 (my favourite is Smoked Cheddar) and arrange the cheese in between the avocado slices.
For decoration, put a teaspoon of beetroot dip (or any dip of your choice) on top. I had beetroot dip on some eggs and Japanese Mayonnaise on the rest.
Sprinkle with garlic salt or pepper before serving.
Enjoy!
